Refurbished products are devices restored to full working condition, after being either pre-owned or used as display models. Refurbished devices may vary in their cosmetic appearance but it will always be displayed and communicated as clearly as possible, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Refurbished products will always have 100% of their parts in complete working condition, from the screen of an iPhone to the battery of an iPad.

Products are thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are as shiny and dust-free. Screens are polished, dust is removed from keyboards, and all ports are checked for dirt. Also, the internal parts of the hardware are cleaned so that you can be sure the refurbished device is entirely spotless and sanitized.

If you’re not happy for whatever reason with your refurbed tech device send it back for a full refund.

We only work with trusted and certified Brand Partners for our technology category. This gives us the ability to ensure we have 12 Month Supplier Warranty on all tech devices.

If any technical faults occur within the first 12 months, we’ll either repair it or replace it.

In case of technical faults or usage problems, covered with your warranty please get in contact with us right away, we will work with you to find the best solution to fix your device. Please review our Refund Policy for more information around our warranty and the proccess of starting a claim.

If your brand new iPhone is displaying an "Important Message" from Apple regarding your battery, display, or camera. For example: "Important Battery Message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery.” Don't worry, this is normal.

For iPhone 11 models, iPhone 12 models, and iPhone 13 models, you can see if the battery or display have been replaced. For iPhone 12 models and iPhone 13 models, you can see if the battery, display, or camera have been replaced.

The “important display message” will appear on the lock screen for 7 days, then appear in the settings for 14 days. The message will disappear after 30 days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
