All items must be sent back to our Partner Brands in the original packaging provided, any branded packaging such as jewellery boxes and tags should be included in your return.

Footwear should be returned unworn, unmarked, with any tags intact and in the original and undamaged packaging.

Where possible any items should be returned unworn and in perfection condition. Items that are damaged, soiled or returned without original labels may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges are offered case by case basis at the direction of the Partner Brand. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


All refurbished phones comes with a mandatory minimum of 12 months warranty. All merchants on Greenmarket providing refurbished phones will adhere to this as a minimum. For more information, please refer to the product page under “warranty”.

Warranty guarantees product functions without mistakes. Mistakes arising from misuse or damage are not covered by the warranty. Damages that are not covered by the warranty are broken screen, moisture intrusion, use of non-compatible charger, smaller cosmetic condition deviation that are not affecting technical function of the device, damaged caused by unauthorised repair centre. Warranty must be claimed in the period of one month after the fault occurs.
