Returns
All items must be sent back to our Partner Brands in the original packaging provided, any branded packaging such as jewellery boxes and tags should be included in your return.
Footwear should be returned unworn, unmarked, with any tags intact and in the original and undamaged packaging.
Where possible any items should be returned unworn and in perfection condition. Items that are damaged, soiled or returned without original labels may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered case by case basis at the direction of the Partner Brand. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Technology - 12 Month Warranty Returns
Warranty Returns – in line with our 12 month limited warranty, if the device develops a technical fault relating to normal operation, then we will look to repair or exchange the product as quickly as possible for you to ensure you’re not without your phone for too long!
For a warranty return you only need to send the handset and the charging lead.
Simply fill out a returns forms as detailed above.
For a change of mind return, the cost of postage is your responsibility. If the device is being returned under warranty for repair / replace, then the cost of return will be refunded to you unless the fault was caused due to your misuse / accident.
The limited warranty is to only cover manufacturer faults and does NOT cover/include the following:
- Damage caused by improper use on purpose or by accident
- Damage caused by liquid
- Intentional damage
- Damage caused by dropping the product or intentional mistreatment
- Damage from any unauthorised repair or modifications to the device - including jailbreaking and unlocking.
- Improper use of accessories
- Faults or damage from normal use – e.g scratches to touchscreen
- Battery life – We set our acceptable minimum battery health percentage to be 75% of the original manufacturers capacity.
