Using a good quality hand soap while washing your hands is the most effective way to protect yourself from harmful germs. TAKK professionals suggest washing hands with soap and warm water for around 30 seconds helps preventing the spread of germs that make us sick.

What is in our Hand Soap?

The main purpose of using hand soap is to remove germs and harmful bacteria from our hands, while preventing us to spread infectious diseases to others. Hence, we developed a formula that contains essential ingredients to help our customers to achieve clean, healthy and soft hands. TAKK Hand Soap has a well-balanced formula containing an exclusive mixture of essential cleansers and moisturisers to protect your hands from harmful germs as well as moisturising and leaving a naturally fresh citrus aromatic scent. To achieve an effective formula, our hand soap is developed suitably for different pH levels of water and works well for every pH level. Our formula doesn’t include parabens, formaldehyde, or formaldehyde donors.

All of our formulas are suitable for vegans, and we do not harm any animals in any part of our supply chain. We are currently in the process of registration with the leaping bunny certification to also ensure this with an audit of an independent organization.

At TAKK, we are proud of our simplified supply and production chain which provides true environmental benefits. TAKK Shower Gel is produced in Derbyshire and only travels to our warehouse before coming to your door, which significantly minimises the carbon footprint and the outer packaging waste. We use the most recyclable and one of the safest forms of plastic (Type2) in our packaging. Besides the product packaging, we also made sure all of our outer packs and protective papers in the boxes are 100% recyclable.

At TAKK, we source every single packaging item within the UK. For the ingredients, 85.6% of our shower gel ingredients are sourced within the UK. We aim to reach 100% local sourcing for our ingredients, and for this, we work on alternative formulations and reaching new ingredient suppliers.
