Refurbished products are devices restored to full working condition, after being either pre-owned or used as display models.

2. What will my device look like?
Refurbished devices may vary in their cosmetic appearance but it will always be displayed and communicated as clearly as possible, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Generally, devices will be split into three cosmetic categories:

B (Good) – Good condition with some signs of use
C (Fair) – Fair condition with clear signs of use

Products are thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are as shiny and dust-free. Screens are polished, dust is removed from keyboards, and all ports are checked for dirt. Also, the internal parts of the hardware are cleaned so that you can be sure the refurbished device is entirely spotless and sanitized.
4. Do refurbished devices have user data on them?
None at all. We can confirm that any internal storage (hard drives) will have been wiped of all data when a product is refurbished.
5. Do refurbished products come with a warranty?
Of course, it’s important to note that all Greenmarket tech comes with a warranty provided by the partner selling the specific product. We advise you to stay away from companies that don’t provide warranties for any electronic items—whether they are refurbished electronics or not.
6. What’s included in the 12 Month Warranty?
Our partner warranties cover technical issues, parts defects, and functional faults within 12 months of purchasing the device. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damaged caused by unsanctioned repairs. We do however have a great insurance partner that will cover all accidental damage, so you know you’re always covered.
